Base Salary
$110k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design data quality solutions and onboard new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back platform.
- Lead workflow, data, and requirements analysis for current- and future-state models and architectures.
- Contribute to solution design, integration and testing, implementation, and operational readiness across the software development life cycle.
- Become a product and platform subject matter expert on the Alpha Data Quality platform.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile scrum activities, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs and developing solutions.
- Manage client engagement and expectations throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 10+ years of financial industry experience across front-office functionality and middle- and back-office systems, services, and data domains.
- Extensive knowledge of financial data and IBOR and ABOR platforms.
- Understanding of cloud computing, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure or AWS, Snowflake, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, reconcilement, organizational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather and understand financial-sector requirements and develop solutions to business needs.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA, Rally, and RTC is preferred.
- A mathematics background is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple globally distributed teams.
