Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs and lead customer Q&A sessions with technical experts.
- Architect competitive solutions for large and medium-sized digital-transformation deals.
- Coordinate technical teams, delivery partners, commercial, legal, finance, contract-management, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage solution versions, integrate components across technical towers, and own the completeness of the final response.
- Optimize technical estimates, solution designs, project costs, effort, and commercial details.
- Support deal negotiations and auctions, and assist with Statements of Work.
- Present deal summaries and solutions to leadership and internal review boards.
- Defend solutions with customers and manage solution-development risks.
- Model SLA penalties, analyze commercial risks, design RACI matrices, and report deal unit economics.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting solutions for large-scale digital-transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations and platform-based solutions such as SAP RISE, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with multi-tower, multi-year IT outsourcing engagements.
- Familiarity with hybrid-cloud architectures, modern data architectures, and observability concepts.
- Understanding of API management, cybersecurity principles, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of effort-based, task-catalog, and outcome-based commercial models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, bot-based solutions, and automation in software engineering or application support.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and its application to daily-work automation.
- TOGAF knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation-support, risk-management, and governance-presentation capabilities.
