Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments, audits, business process reviews, and customer discovery.
- Develop ROI cases, presentations, and delivery estimates for customer projects.
- Translate customer requirements into contact center architectures using AWS services and best practices.
- Lead deep architectural discussions and oversee solution delivery across Salesforce and AWS Cloud.
- Mentor technical teams and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders while managing expectations and priorities.
- Lead contact center vision and strategy discussions with customer service leadership.
- Deliver customer training and documentation.
- Manage project and customer communications for enterprise-level initiatives.
Requirements
- Customer-facing contact center experience and contact center architecture knowledge.
- Experience integrating workforce management, CRM, and contact center solutions.
- Experience with WebRTC, SIP, APIs, and hands-on scripting or coding in languages such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
- Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda integration, Lex integration, and call center routing.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CodeDeploy.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Salesforce knowledge, including familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with technology or software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
- Knowledge of other contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, and Twilio.
- Experience with workforce management solutions, outbound dialers, and campaign management.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, communication, presentation, and executive-stakeholder skills.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- AWS Developer Associate or Professional Certification.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional Certification.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
