Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex software solutions aligned with architectural direction.
- Design large-scale system components for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Guide engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning.
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels to support their career growth.
- Investigate system-wide issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems and large-scale applications.
- Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization, and modern development tools.
- Strong skills in system performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and observability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and mentor peers.
