Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance frontend features using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into frontend solutions.
- Write clean, modular, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Contribute to scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and help ensure team-wide code quality.
- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate frontend trends, technologies, tools, and approaches.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience building complex web applications.
- Deep expertise in React, including core principles, hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, Vite, and Yarn.
- Experience integrating with web APIs.
- Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright, with a commitment to comprehensive testing.
- Strong understanding of Git and version control.
- Experience with responsive design and accessible web interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience working on large-scale enterprise-grade software is listed under education and training.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and identity and access management protocols such as FIDO, U2F, WebAuth, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Federation is preferred.
- Open-source contributions are preferred.
