Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend software solutions.
- Build reusable, responsive, and WCAG-accessible components.
- Maintain and organize the design token system and codemods.
- Continuously improve the React component library with modern practices.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, unit tests, and visual regression testing.
- Collaborate with design teams, product managers, and UI architects.
- Establish standards and best practices for high-quality code.
- Drive architectural discussions and influence technical direction.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and tools.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of frontend development experience with modern web technologies.
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS (preferably SCSS), and JavaScript.
- Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
- Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with frontend tooling and migration frameworks, preferably Vite.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and Cypress.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
