Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end test automation roadmap, strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Scale the existing Playwright/JavaScript framework for performance, stability, reusability, and enterprise use.
- Expand automated coverage across Salesforce, MuleSoft, D365 Power Apps, D365 F&O, DCR, Tagetik, and reporting systems.
- Establish test design standards, code review norms, and framework contribution guidelines.
- Build scalable test execution and reporting infrastructure with parallel execution, smart retries, and actionable dashboards.
- Design and ship specialized QA agents for performance testing, regression analysis, and defect triage using Cursor AI.
- Deploy QA agents on the organization’s AI fabric with appropriate discoverability, governance, and reuse.
- Partner with QA, engineering, product, business, and AI platform teams to improve quality coverage and reduce manual work.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks in production.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Playwright and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience automating complex enterprise SaaS, ideally Salesforce, MuleSoft, or D365 Power Apps/F&O.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI coding assistants, particularly Cursor.
- Experience with API testing, contract testing, and integration testing patterns, especially across MuleSoft.
- Ability to define and defend test strategy, coverage targets, and quality metrics with engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain test failures, root causes, and coverage gaps to technical and business audiences.
- Ability to operate autonomously and take action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance concepts such as underwriting, claims, and actuarial workflows is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and test-suite reporting or observability is preferred.
- Experience deploying AI agents on an internal AI platform or fabric, including governance, evaluation harnesses, and prompt/version management, is preferred.
- Performance testing experience is preferred.
