Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Precisely EngageOne CCM templates and solutions.
- Contribute to CCM migration and modernization projects, including migrations from legacy platforms to EngageOne.
- Work with EngageOne Server, Vault, CDMS, output generation, archival, and correspondence management processes.
- Analyze requirements and prepare technical specifications, design documents, and solution approaches.
- Develop and support REST API, web service, and enterprise application integrations.
- Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Collaborate with clients, business teams, and developers while following coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and CCM best-practice initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Customer Communication Management.
- Strong expertise in Precisely EngageOne Designer, Server, and Vault.
- Hands-on experience with CCM migration and modernization projects.
- Experience with XML, XSD, AFP, PDF, HTML, and document composition solutions.
- Knowledge of EngageOne Server, Vault, CDMS, output generation, archival, and correspondence management.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production support.
- Familiarity with release management processes and DevOps practices.
