Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend products using Java or Go.
- Own projects end to end, including analysis, design, development, and communication with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team in a full-stack environment enhanced by AI.
- Work on both new projects and the maintenance of existing products.
- Help advance the team’s use of AI tools in daily workflows.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of software engineering experience focused on backend development.
- Strong experience with Java or Go.
- Experience developing products end to end.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Active use of AI in daily workflows, such as Claude Code or similar tools.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills with business teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, curiosity, humility, and willingness to continue learning.
