Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems with collaboration, memory, reasoning, tool use, workflow orchestration, and observability.
- Build agentic workflows using Claude Code-style engineering, MCP tool access, and AWS AgentCore runtime patterns.
- Design, develop, and optimize Vector RAG and GraphRAG systems for retrieval, semantic search, grounding, citation, graph traversal, and context engineering.
- Deliver technology-agnostic hybrid architectures across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, on-premises environments, and distributed data platforms.
- Implement ETL pipelines for engineering data.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, product, validation, and data teams; lead proof-of-concepts, mentor colleagues, and establish technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, enterprise, platform, or knowledge engineering.
- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale agentic AI, generative AI, and RAG/GraphRAG solutions.
- Hands-on Python experience with agentic frameworks, knowledge engineering, ontologies, taxonomies, semantic modeling, graph technologies, and vector databases.
- Working knowledge of the Claude ecosystem, MCP integrations, and AWS AgentCore.
- Experience designing hybrid-cloud architectures across AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments, with technical leadership in architecture, technology selection, and adoption.
