Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise business problems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP BTP and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect and implement GenAI pipelines using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud vector and knowledge graph capabilities.
- Design and manage RAG and GraphRAG workflows, including embeddings, chunking, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
- Integrate LLMs and foundation models with enterprise data sources through grounding, semantic enrichment, and contextualization.
- Build enterprise knowledge graphs and ontologies for reasoning and relationship-aware AI applications.
- Develop LangChain- and LangGraph-based orchestration pipelines for prompting, retrieval, generation, and post-processing.
- Implement data masking, content filtering, schema-based output parsing, and responsible AI controls.
- Collaborate with development teams using the SAP Cloud Application Programming model to embed AI into cloud-native applications.
- Design and manage multitenant SaaS architectures and hyperscaler-agnostic deployments.
- Lead the end-to-end GenAI lifecycle, including model integration, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Develop Python applications, APIs, ETL pipelines, and agentic AI solutions.
- Deploy and automate AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, BTP CLI, and related automation tools.
- Monitor AI pipelines and applications using observability and tracing tools.
- Manage cross-functional teams, mentor team members, lead innovation programs, and track project progress.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience is required; the posting also cites 16+ years as a solution architect driving SAP BTP and GenAI initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or MCA, in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics and Communication, with at least 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine and Knowledge Graph Engine.
- Expertise with LLMs, foundation models, LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG, GraphRAG, vector similarity search, knowledge graphs, and ontology modeling.
- Hands-on Python application development, API development, ETL pipeline development, and agentic AI framework experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming model, SAP Extension Suite, SAP ecosystem integration, multitenant SaaS architecture, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with schema-based output parsing, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, content filtering, data masking, and AI governance.
- Working knowledge of RDF, SPARQL, OWL, or equivalent graph technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, BTP CLI, Kyma Runtime, and AI request tracing.
- Experience with SAP BTP or Azure development or architecture, including at least 4–5 years focused on AI, ML, or GenAI.
- Experience with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
- Experience with A2A protocol and MCP server implementations.
- Strong application design, performance optimization, cloud-native development, enterprise integration, leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP BTP Solution Architect, SAP GenAI Developer, Python Development, or related certifications are preferred.
