Base Salary
$105k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop fundamental software engineering skills.
- Complete simple coding deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with peers across software development activities.
- Participate actively and constructively in code reviews.
- Debug software and apply feedback from managers and mentors.
- Learn the team’s business domain and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Perform other reasonable activities required by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience building software components.
- Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Basic programming skills in any modern language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, document work, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiasm for software development in a software-as-a-service company and commitment to continuous learning.
