Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and industry-specific clouds.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders and functional leads.
- Design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and performance.
- Guide development teams through design reviews, best practices, mentoring, and code quality oversight.
- Define API standards and data models and maintain ERDs, sequence diagrams, and architecture blueprints.
- Support pre-sales through solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture advisory.
Requirements
- 8+ years of client-facing consulting experience focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce technical architectures and integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security model, deployment architecture, and performance considerations.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and batch or real-time interfaces.
- Experience guiding developers, conducting code and design reviews, and communicating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Required Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and one or more Salesforce Architect domain certifications, such as Application Architect or System Architect.
- Preferred experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce release strategies, Agile project methodologies, estimation, and multidisciplinary planning.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including ERDs, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
