Responsibilities
- Provide technical and thought leadership on ServiceNow platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy.
- Lead and mentor developers and architects across multiple technical and business disciplines.
- Design, document, and communicate integration approaches for architectural components.
- Research and propose solution alternatives for client business needs.
- Educate clients, negotiate appropriate technical solutions, and support client-facing workshops and meetings.
- Act as the final escalation point for technical decisions within a program.
- Ensure configured components, artifacts, and interactions meet quality standards.
- Support opportunity scoping and design efficient delivery tools and techniques.
- Build delivery teams, provide technical coaching, and define hiring evaluations and training plans.
- Align resource requirements with demand projections in partnership with HR.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 5+ years of experience in general consulting, service management, or software development; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in project or portfolio management implementations or PMO consulting.
- 2+ years of experience with telecommunications clients or in a telecommunications environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow CIS-SPM, CIS-ITSM, and two additional ServiceNow CIS certifications are required.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect certification is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, including Demand Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, Investment Planning, and roadmap capabilities.
- Understanding of telco processes including network inventory, service assurance, and BSS/OSS ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Telecommunications Service Management, TM Forum frameworks, TM Forum Open APIs, and telco data models is desirable.
- Development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and integrations.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle management and ITIL; ITIL Foundation is preferred.
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology; a postgraduate software-related degree is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English at B2 level or above is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, listening, and attention-to-detail skills.
