Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, Flow, and validation rules.
- Create custom objects, data models, automation workflows, reusable components, and platform-standardization solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including event-driven and batch integration patterns.
- Partner with product owners and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, release planning, testing, deployments, peer reviews, unit testing, and code-quality practices.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support platform stability, reliability, performance optimization, security controls, regulatory compliance, governance, and data standards.
- Identify process and automation improvements, support new Salesforce capabilities, and contribute to platform modernization and technical-debt reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce data modeling, and schema design.
- Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or an Architect-track certification.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, enterprise integrations such as Kafka and middleware platforms, microservices, regulated industries, and Salesforce AI or automation capabilities.
