Software Developer III - Forecast Systems and Visualization

- Develop software that can be tested, deployed, updated, and monitored in production.
- Design, implement, enhance, and revise software for forecast processing, visualization, corrections, and system changes.
- Perform ingestion, transformation, loading, and optimization of data from various sources.
- Write and maintain software-change documentation and assist with workflow, quality-control, and documentation activities.
- Provide technical assistance for software errors, problems, and questions.
- Train end users and technical support staff on released software.
- Collaborate with development teams, senior leadership, executive teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and apply relevant new technologies within projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong experience with cloud-based architectures.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Agile software methodology experience is a plus.
- Azure certification is a plus.
