Responsibilities

  • Develop software that can be tested, deployed, updated, and monitored in production.
  • Design, implement, enhance, and revise software for forecast processing, visualization, corrections, and system changes.
  • Perform ingestion, transformation, loading, and optimization of data from various sources.
  • Write and maintain software-change documentation and assist with workflow, quality-control, and documentation activities.
  • Provide technical assistance for software errors, problems, and questions.
  • Train end users and technical support staff on released software.
  • Collaborate with development teams, senior leadership, executive teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and apply relevant new technologies within projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong experience with cloud-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
  • Agile software methodology experience is a plus.
  • Azure certification is a plus.
