Responsibilities
- Develop software that is easily tested, deployed, updated, and monitored in production.
- Write and maintain documentation of software changes.
- Provide technical assistance for software-related inquiries.
- Revise software for corrections, enhancements, or system changes.
- Train end users and technical support staff on new software.
- Stay current on relevant technologies and integrate new tools into projects.
- Assist in developing new workflows, quality control, and documentation activities.
- Perform data ingestion, transformation, loading, and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
- High level of critical thinking and analysis for complex challenges.
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions in complex situations.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile software methodology is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience with relational databases.
