Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and optimize Salesforce and nCino data models and lead data migration and data quality initiatives.
- Develop and configure Salesforce and nCino solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and Platform Events.
- Configure and extend nCino modules including Loan Origination, Commercial Lending, Customer Engagement, and Document Management.
- Create and support Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Jobs, reusable components, and integrations.
- Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Create source-to-target mappings and transformation logic and support event-driven and batch processing patterns.
- Troubleshoot API, integration, and data consistency issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on nCino implementation or customization experience.
- Banking, commercial lending, loan origination, or financial services background.
- Experience delivering enterprise integration solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce security models including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0/JWT, JSON/XML, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with development and delivery tools including Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, VS Code, Postman, and Data Loader.
- Experience with nCino capabilities including Credit Workflows, Banking Product Configuration, Document Management, and Customer Engagement.
