Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core C#, TypeScript, and Rust libraries that power Proton Drive applications.
- Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, mobile, and desktop developers on library integration.
- Develop comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies for core libraries.
- Create and maintain documentation for core libraries.
- Contribute to the evolution of Drive’s cryptographic model and future SDK generations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Rust.
- Strong expertise in Rust language features, concurrency, and ownership models.
- Experience developing libraries for web, mobile, and/or desktop client applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
