Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering methods and knowledge across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization’s software engineering activity.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.
- Support recruitment and development of engineering personnel.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while developing long-term client partnerships.
Requirements
- Demonstrated extensive experience and trust in software engineering.
- Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments.
- Ability to manage difficult and complex situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to understand commercial and negotiating principles in challenging situations.
- Ability to provide technical and people leadership and supervise other engineers.
