Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, maintain, test, implement, and support enterprise business applications.
- Develop web applications, APIs, and system integrations using application development technologies.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend technology solutions.
- Lead application migration, enhancement, integration, modernization, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot complex application, database, API, and system integration issues.
- Support cloud-based technologies and enterprise application infrastructure.
- Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, and implementation procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve business processes and system performance.
- Collaborate with departments, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver and support enterprise technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, guidance, and consultation to technical staff and business partners.
Requirements
- Associate degree in computer science or a closely related field, or equivalent coursework totaling at least 60 semester or 90 quarter credits with the required computer science coursework.
- One year of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, or maintaining system or platform components.
- One additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for the required degree, or completion of the 1010 Information Systems Trainee Program may substitute for the degree.
- Desirable qualifications include three years of experience supporting enterprise applications and database systems.
- Desirable qualifications include three years of experience developing and supporting web-based applications using .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Desirable qualifications include one year of SQL query writing and relational database experience, object-oriented programming experience, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server experience, and web user-interface design experience.
Benefits
- Annual salary is $143,572 - $180,596.
- Full-time Permanent Exempt position with an appointment duration not exceeding 36 months.
- The position is excluded from the competitive civil service examination process and serves at the discretion of the Appointment Officer.
