Responsibilities
- Build systems that extract and structure information from large volumes of unstructured documents.
- Develop reliable backend services supporting document processing and AI-powered products.
- Integrate AI technologies into production systems with engineers and data scientists.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Build tools and infrastructure for developing, evaluating, and operating AI-powered systems.
- Participate in design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and machine learning teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Practical software development experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, personal projects, or other experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about AI and interest in applying it to real-world problems.
- Experience with backend systems, large-scale information processing, unstructured data, AI, LLMs, machine learning, natural language processing, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, testing, or system performance is a plus.
