$157k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Redesign finance operations processes around generative AI and agentic workflows in partnership with process and operations managers.
- Design, build, test, and iterate on AI prototypes using AI-assisted development and low-code solutions.
- Transition agile prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade production systems across product, engineering, and finance teams.
- Establish scalable FinOps architecture that supports emerging AI capabilities and maintains strict data governance standards.
- Partner with engineering teams to advance AI capabilities across multiple systems and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Finance Operations, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience designing, building, or deploying functional applications or workflows using LLMs and GenAI agents.
- Preferred experience in product management, program management, or other technical roles.
- Preferred experience using Vertex AI, Gemini, Google AI Studio, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Preferred experience designing, testing, and integrating APIs or other solutions connecting disparate systems.
- Preferred understanding of data governance, privacy compliance frameworks, and AI guardrails.
- Preferred proficiency in SQL and data pipelines for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing system performance.
- Preferred expertise in generative AI workflows, LLM prompt engineering, or intelligent automation in Finance or Q2R.
Benefits
- US base pay is $157000 - $227000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
