Base Salary
$198k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale, multi-tiered, multithreaded, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Develop software services to onboard trading and post-trading workflows for equity, options, and other asset classes.
- Design and implement order state management components for trading platforms.
- Conduct scrums and manage deliverables.
Requirements
- Requires a master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field, plus three years of qualifying experience.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree plus five years of qualifying technology experience may substitute for the master’s degree and three years of experience.
- Requires three years of experience with Java, Linux, Unix, Kafka, MQ, SQL, JDBC, relational databases, unit testing, performance testing, Git, Perl or shell scripting, MS SQL Server, Redis, NoSQL databases, Spring Framework, XML, distributed messaging, multithreaded server-side development, RESTful and SOAP web services, and Apache Camel.
- Requires one year of experience with JMS.
