Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a critical service or domain, enhancing its reliability and performance.
- Lead complex, multi-sprint initiatives from design to rollout and post-release monitoring.
- Collaborate with PM and Design to define what gets built.
- Mentor and improve the skills of fellow engineers through reviews and documentation.
- Anticipate failure modes and implement guardrails based on post-incident learnings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep experience with C#/.NET and Angular or a similar modern framework.
- Familiarity with Azure SQL Server and modern cloud environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted development practices.
- Strong system thinking and operational ownership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Legally eligible to work in the US or Canada.
