Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for IAM and KMS.
- Design high-availability, low-latency identity and key management services.
- Architect secure token exchange patterns for AI workflows.
- Deliver a robust, multi-tenant Key Management System.
- Drive the evolution of the Policy Engine for complex authorization.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve architectural gaps.
- Establish cryptographic and identity engineering standards.
- Mentor and develop engineers across IAM and adjacent teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years focused on Identity, Key Management, or high-scale distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go and experience with gRPC microservices.
- Deep knowledge of identity protocols and access control models.
- Hands-on experience with key management infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build reliable distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, SQL, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Demonstrated track record of driving multi-team initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for presenting architectural strategies.
