Base Salary
$100k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects on the Appian platform.
- Engage with customers post-sales to define and implement software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
- Develop APIs and relational data models for integration with multiple systems.
- Mentor and guide consultants through software implementations.
- Brainstorm and implement AI use cases using Appian’s tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience leading teams through post-sale software implementation.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
- Familiarity with software testing practices and API integrations.
