Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, maintain, and provide post-release user support for software systems.
- Collaborate with system engineers, system testers, software developers, and the user community.
- Interface with customers and support users as required.
- Configure, enroll, maintain compliance for, and troubleshoot managed iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.
- Assist with virtualization technologies supporting ISS platform infrastructure.
- Contribute to automation and configuration management using Ansible.
- Research and experiment to solve unfamiliar technical challenges and work effectively independently and in teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Ten years of professional experience.
- Experience with a subset of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, Windows, web development, Apple device management solutions such as Jamf, supervised Apple devices, virtualization technologies, and Ansible.
- Strong learning ability, initiative, teamwork, critical thinking, and oral and written communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.
- Eligibility for access to classified information may be required.
