Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production, ensuring accountability for delivered solutions.
- Define enterprise customers' setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
- Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenization, and Travel Rule.
- Codify reusable reference architectures and integration patterns to scale delivery.
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
- Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
- Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in post-sale implementations.
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with financial institutions.
- Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
- Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
