Base Salary
$69k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end full-stack software and systems from vision through production.
- Build modular and scalable applications using microservices-based architectures for AWS.
- Develop web frontends using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
- Develop backend solutions using object-oriented programming, Python, SQL, and API frameworks.
- Apply software design patterns and UI/UX principles while integrating UI assets into prototype applications.
- Deploy applications using Git or GitLab and CI/CD practices.
- Identify system improvements and account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Help clients address complex challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of web full-stack development experience using modern MVC frameworks.
- At least 4 years of experience working in an Agile environment with Git or GitLab and CI/CD deployment.
- At least 3 years of experience building modular, scalable microservices applications for the Army, Department of War, or Intelligence Community in AWS.
- At least 3 years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, application development and deployment, object-oriented programming, UI/UX principles, and API development.
- Experience with C# or Java, Python, and SQL.
- Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 3+ years of software engineering experience, or 7+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred experience includes Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, container or virtualization technology, Unity Engine, SDKs, and API frameworks.
