Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality software solutions.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are reflected in the code.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets and create visualizations and reporting to improve software applications and systems.
- Identify patterns and hidden problems in data to improve coding practices and system architecture.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in production cloud environments.
- Participate in software engineering communities of practice and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Python development experience.
- Solid understanding of databases, including SQL, DB2, or NoSQL technologies.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and back-end technologies such as Java, Spring, and Python.
- Practical cloud-native development experience, including AWS services such as EMR, Glue, ECS, and EKS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in production environments.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database-querying languages.
- Exposure to financial products such as ACBS.
- Familiarity with modern data and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, agentic coding workflows, and GenAI fundamentals for developer productivity.
