Responsibilities
- Build and evolve backend services using Golang, with a focus on distributed systems and product connectivity.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations connecting different product components.
- Contribute to software architecture, object-oriented design, and scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Improve software quality through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot existing solutions, solve complex backend problems, and continuously improve products and development processes.
- Collaborate through pair programming, mob programming, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software development experience, including designing and delivering production-grade applications.
- Hands-on Golang experience and experience building distributed systems, APIs, or backend services.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
- A collaborative, curious, adaptable mindset with an interest in learning, sharing knowledge, and improving team effectiveness.
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem is preferred.
