Responsibilities

  • Design, enhance, and build Visa’s Workday HR platform.
  • Develop custom Workday reports, calculated fields, BIRT layouts, Studio integrations, EIB integrations, and real-time Workday enhancements.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, integration activities, and production delivery in accordance with SDLC governance.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integrations.
  • Own solution availability, performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence for HR and Learning customers.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders, product managers, designers, users, vendors, Engineering, Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Participate in vendor assessments, security assessments, and Workday release reviews.
  • Define requirements, recommend solutions, obtain approvals, and deliver project and data changes.

Requirements

  • At least five years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of work experience with an advanced degree.
  • At least three years of experience leading Workday enhancement development, testing, configuration, and implementation.
  • Experience with Workday Core HR Operations/Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisitions and Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, advanced/matrix/composite reporting, and domain security configurations.
  • Extensive knowledge of PICOF and PECI is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Extend is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate with HR subject matter experts, manage stakeholder relationships, simplify complex business challenges, and provide timely support.
  • Ability to work with limited direction in a complex, fast-paced environment.
