Responsibilities
- Lead development of agent fleets that model complex business processes in LangChain.
- Develop APIs and workflows integrating AI and LLM frameworks with business systems.
- Design, optimize, and query data models across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver an agentic platform from concept through production.
- Participate in technical design reviews, planning sessions, and code reviews.
- Contribute to infrastructure and observability practices and care for service operation in production.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of five years of engineering experience, preferably including Python.
- Have at least one year of experience with LangSmith or a comparable LLM/AI framework.
- Demonstrate production API design and maintenance experience, including external-system integrations.
- Have production cloud experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and S3.
- Have hands-on experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes.
- Be proficient with SQL and relational databases such as Postgres, with exposure to NoSQL stores.
- Use a structured approach to system design, problem-solving, and trade-offs.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, design, and operations.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools, Datadog, DynamoDB, and distributed or event-driven architectures such as SNS and SQS.
- Interest or experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or compliance is a plus.
