Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery through launch for complex customers, defining workflows, success metrics, integration plans, and measurable cash-impact goals.
- Build and ship production-grade integrations, internal tools, and agentic workflows across ERP, payment, CRM, and finance operations systems.
- Design, test, debug, and improve agent behavior for accounts-receivable edge cases including collections, cash application, deductions, disputes, approvals, and escalations.
- Own observability, reliability, and human-in-the-loop controls for agentic products.
- Scale customer use cases into reusable product capabilities, deployment patterns, and tooling for future customers.
- Partner directly with finance, operations, IT, and engineering leaders and transfer ownership after launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production full-stack products.
- Deep fluency with TypeScript and experience working across the full stack.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, queues or workflows, and debugging distributed production systems.
- Experience building AI-native systems in production, or strong instincts for evaluation, failure modes, tracing, latency and cost tradeoffs, and safe iteration.
- Comfort working with Next.js, React, Hono services, Postgres, Redis/BullMQ, Restate workflows, AI SDK/OpenAI, and MCP-based tooling.
- Customer-centric approach, strong ownership, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity and non-deterministic systems.
- Willingness to build in person in Flatiron, NYC.
