Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable Android applications using modern architecture patterns.
- Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose and define the application’s architecture for long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-focused features.
- Own CI/CD, testing, release management, monitoring, logging, and performance tracking.
- Document architecture decisions, features, and technical processes.
- Introduce improvements to the codebase, tooling, and development workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Android development and strong expertise in Kotlin.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Android development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, Hilt or Dagger, and Retrofit or OkHttp.
- Strong knowledge of clean architecture, design patterns, modularization, and maintainable code.
- Experience with JUnit, Espresso, MockK, testing, and performance optimization.
- Ability to independently own complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong focus on performance, scalability, application stability, and user experience.
