Responsibilities
- Drive modularization and evolve a scalable iOS architecture.
- Define and implement technical standards and architectural guidelines.
- Build reusable mobile components for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, product recommendations, banners, and other Retail Media experiences.
- Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes.
- Strengthen testing strategy and quality foundations across teams.
- Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health.
- Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams.
- Reduce technical debt and enable product teams through platform improvements.
- Implement feature flags, experimentation, and A/B testing for new customer experiences.
- Design and build scalable mobile experiences integrated with sponsored products, personalized recommendations, native advertising, and campaign-driven customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Retail Media stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Swift and experience working on large-scale production apps.
- Deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable application structures.
- Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns.
- Understanding of modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS.
- Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Strong collaboration, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Experience building cross-platform applications with KMP is preferred, and Android experience is an additional advantage.
