Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.
- Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
- Act as the escalation point for complex data, identity, and performance issues.
- Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Segments built by the team.
- Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, relationship design, scalability, performance, and data governance.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding and data standards.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, defect resolution, and post-production optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide effort estimates, delivery plans, and leadership status updates.
- Lead technical teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while balancing hands-on work with team leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Data 360 implementation projects is required.
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Match Rules, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, event data, cloud data platforms, and data integration pipelines.
- Understanding of customer engagement tracking, Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein, Zero Copy, Document AI, Semantic Layer, Salesforce Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization experience are preferred or advantageous.
- Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce AI Associate certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical team leadership skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
