Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to analyze requirements for new applications, existing-solution migrations, migration methodologies, and tools.
- Design extensible, maintainable, and high-performance systems aligned with industrial IT strategy.
- Define solution functionality, estimates, and maintenance strategies for domestic and global customers.
- Conduct technical research and feasibility studies for proposed designs.
- Present design and implementation approaches to customers and internal teams for review.
- Deliver training and case studies to team members.
- Collaborate with global teams during analysis, design, development, and testing phases.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- More than 12 years of experience in enterprise application development and system migration between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience designing systems that implement business processes and specific business logic.
- Experience building applications in on-premises environments or on cloud-native infrastructures, including high-performance system design and optimization.
- Proficiency in Java or .NET programming and related frameworks, including Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, or .NET architecture.
- Familiarity with DBMS technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP and CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure components and services including VPC, virtual machines, storage, message buses, APIs, authentication, and authorization services.
- Demonstrable experience working within an agile environment.
- Mandarin and English language skills are required.
