Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve full stack web applications and services for global manufacturing operations.
- Develop user interfaces, backend services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI capabilities.
- Take features from early concept through production, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Understand user workflows and translate operational challenges into practical technical solutions.
- Apply systems architecture thinking to component, data, and service design at scale.
- Use AI-assisted development tools while reviewing and validating generated code for quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineers, users, and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering production software across the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, API and data design, testing, debugging, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Experience building full stack applications across user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and data systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to understand complex workflows, collaborate across teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs or ML services into production applications through prompt design, retrieval augmented generation, agentic workflows, or model-backed features.
- Preferred familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, distributed systems, and UX/UI design principles.
- Preferred experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Continue.
