Base Salary
$161k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery of customer-facing applications and specialized AI solutions through production.
- Contribute hands-on to implementation, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving.
- Build and customize AI agents, including prompts, context, MCP servers/tools, and system integrations.
- Design and build scalable services using C#/.NET, AWS, and distributed-system architectures.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a small engineering team.
- Integrate internal platforms and external vendor systems for reliable production operation.
- Drive reliability, security, observability, and operational standards for high-scale regulated systems.
- Partner with product, engineering, business stakeholders, platform teams, and external partners to solve customer problems.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Codex for coding, design, analysis, and problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET and AWS cloud production solutions.
- Experience leading engineers and owning technical direction while contributing to implementation.
- Experience operating in large, distributed environments involving cloud services, internal platforms, and external vendors.
- Strong proficiency with Claude and Codex.
- Interest in or experience building AI agents, MCP tools, and Context Engineering.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to obtain a gaming license from the appropriate state agency if required for the role.
