Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Guide customers and partners through project cycles using platform and product expertise to shape solutions.
- Act as lead architect across engagements, coordinating multiple architects and aligning with project and engagement managers on planning and delivery.
- Direct early solution evaluation, proactively manage issues, and engage with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues on technical delivery, communication strategy, and executive influence.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Define and deliver enterprise applications and coded solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain such as CRM, ERP, or HR.
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages.
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform and technical architecture, including designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to guide adoption of emerging technology for business use cases.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Preferred: detailed understanding of web services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, and enterprise integration tools such as ESBs or ETL tools.
- Preferred: experience building relationships with C-level and other key decision makers.
- Preferred: experience as a Senior Architect or CTO leading organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
- Preferred: experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
