Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and optimization of scalable, maintainable, and performant software systems.
- Write efficient and robust code using one or more programming languages.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams on specifications, features, and delivery timelines.
- Establish coding standards and promote software quality and best practices.
- Own complex technical problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, and codebase improvement.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient code integration and deployment.
- Tune application and database performance, including queries, memory usage, and scalability.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, frameworks, and development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Spring, .NET, cloud platforms, and networking.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred: exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
