Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software systems.
- Develop efficient, robust software using one or more programming languages.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams on specifications, features, and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms and services.
- Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Optimize database queries, memory usage, software performance, and scalability.
- Research and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Spring, .NET, cloud platforms, and networking.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with microservices and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Preferred: knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
