- Design, implement, and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines.
- Manage and optimize configuration management across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to plan and execute software releases.
- Administer version control systems and implement effective branching and merging strategies.
- Implement monitoring solutions to identify and resolve build and deployment issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for build and release processes and best practices.
Requirements
- B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or ECE.
- 10+ years of experience as a Build and Release Engineer in a senior or lead role.
- Strong software development background and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Extensive experience with Jenkins and version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools and experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
