Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Gosu and Guidewire best practices.
- Implement and support Guidewire Rating solutions, including Rate Books, Rate Tables, Rate Routines, and Parameter Sets.
- Work on Rating Engine, Cost Data, and DTO-based rating implementations.
- Troubleshoot rating and configuration issues proactively.
- Manage code merges, environment activities, and Guidewire upgrades.
- Develop unit tests using GUnit and JUnit and support code reviews.
- Lead development teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Create solution designs, architecture recommendations, estimates, and technical presentations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.
- Expertise in Gosu development and Guidewire configuration.
- Good understanding of the P&C insurance domain, including policy, claims, and billing.
- Experience with Guidewire Rating architecture and integrations.
- Technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Guidewire Certified Professional certification in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter is preferred.

- Annual base compensation is listed at $75,000-$90,000.
