Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components to extend Salesforce capabilities.
- Design and implement Salesforce API integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Apply unit testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and other software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams on scalable Salesforce architecture and integration solutions.
- Support REST and SOAP web service integrations using JSON and XML data formats.
- Use relational database knowledge to develop efficient and reliable Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com architecture and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and unit testing.
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with enterprise applications using Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Experience leading Salesforce technical delivery initiatives and development teams is preferred.
- Ability to design scalable integration architectures across multiple enterprise systems is preferred.
- Strong Salesforce troubleshooting and performance optimization skills are preferred.
- Experience with complex enterprise Salesforce implementations and stakeholder collaboration is preferred.
