Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of advanced financial technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Translate complex business needs into technical designs and oversee implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
- Own critical systems, resolve high-impact defects and performance bottlenecks, and provide technical on-call support.
- Define and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, automation strategies, and software engineering best practices across teams.
- Lead UI/UX enhancements and use customer and user feedback to improve digital experiences.
- Advise engineering, product, business, and senior leadership stakeholders on technology strategy, roadmaps, and investments.
- Mentor and coach engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Guide adoption of emerging technologies and maintain expertise in financial technology, payments systems, cloud environments, and MarTech platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- One cloud certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
- 10–13 years of related experience in software development, including full-stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
- Preferred 13–15 years of related experience and Adobe Certified Master – AEM Architect certification.
- Experience with digital experience platforms, customer data platforms, MarTech ecosystems, personalization platforms, and Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, generative AI, large language models, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, lending, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Expertise in at least three programming languages and experience leading multiple mission-critical applications.
- TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
