Base Salary
$102k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements gathering, application and database design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Design and implement reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable application components and services.
- Build AI-infused applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot-powered features that improve user experience and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, stakeholders, and business partners through planning, technical discussions, and delivery activities.
- Establish best practices for coding, automated testing, documentation, performance, and service reliability.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, diagnostics, automated recovery, incident mitigation, root-cause analysis, and platform performance improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and technical innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience building commercial software and shipping successful software products and services.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with cloud development principles, loosely coupled architectures, microservices, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, automated testing frameworks, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI/SDK, Claude CLI, or equivalent AI development platforms, including agents, plugins, skills, MCP servers, and automation.
- Experience building applications and intelligent agents with ASP.NET, Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, architecture design, Azure PaaS services, and cloud-native platforms.
- Experience with Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, AKS, Azure Container Apps, API Management, Azure Front Door, Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure, Git or other source control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in global agile teams or startup environments with a strong customer focus.
- Power Platform and Dynamics 365 experience is an added advantage.

- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $102,100–$202,200 per year; specific San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan locations have a different range.
