Responsibilities

  • Translate product specifications into scalable AI service architectures, agent workflows, data integrations, and service designs.
  • Build agentic AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Agent Framework, including multi-agent coordination and tool integrations.
  • Develop LLM-based solutions involving prompt engineering, model selection, cost and token optimization, and RAG pipeline design.
  • Build evaluation systems with rubrics, golden datasets, and judge agents to validate agent correctness and safety.
  • Write production-quality C# and Python and develop services that meet reliability, performance, and security standards.
  • Deploy services through staged production rollouts with observability including tracing, logging, and metrics.
  • Implement secure service patterns involving RBAC, Managed Identities, and secrets management.
  • Integrate agents with Azure data sources and cloud-native services.
  • Apply Responsible AI practices across agent development.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI service components, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in low-code application development, engineering product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the listed fields or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with low-code or no-code platforms such as Dataverse or Power Applications.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing and configuring AI solutions such as chatbots.
  • At least 1 year of programming or coding experience.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production observability.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
