Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical professionals and direct team discussions and activities.
- Apply digital engineering and systems engineering methods, tools, and frameworks to develop specifications and designs.
- Develop innovative test automation approaches and strategies for commercial and DoD systems and components.
- Identify, develop, and analyze enterprise IT activities, solutions, risk mitigations, artifacts, and migrations.
- Collaborate with enterprise technologists, government customers, subcontractors, colleagues, and senior leadership to resolve complex technical issues.
- Use Atlassian JIRA to define, schedule, and track engineering team assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master of Science degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience, in systems engineering, software engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience leading technical professionals and interfacing with DoD stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Experience applying digital engineering and systems engineering concepts, processes, practices, and procedures.
- Experience working in large enterprise operations environments and synthesizing knowledge across multiple domains.
- Experience with Robot Framework, Python, PyCharm, and GitHub.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, collaboration, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include defense-industry systems engineering experience, DoD test automation framework experience, IT network systems engineering experience, and experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML, Collaborator, and Teamwork Cloud.
